THE PROCESS?

The art of applying eyelashes to the lash line have been around for a long time. Lash artists are now able to enhance a longer lasting look of fabulous lashes that stay in place anywhere from 2-4 weeks based upon proper care (Ideally we would like to see you every 2 weeks for a fill). We consult with you about the longer semi permanent look you want for your lashes whether it be to enhance the look of your natural lashes to the next high fashion model! We then discuss proper before/after care/products as well as upkeep, and refills.

Glam Eyes DOES NOT apply strip lashes to your lash line. We place lashes ONE by ONE to create beautiful long lasting results. 

WHAT TO EXPECT?

*After filling out paperwork, there will be an introduction/consultation about your lashes.

*You may bring some music AND headphones for your listening pleasure. (We also have relaxing music/sounds)

*Lie down and we will prep your lashes for install.

*Once we are ready to start the install you must be able to sit or lie still without opening the eye that we are working on...BUT JUST RELAX, it's really easy!

*The entire appt takes about 1 1/2 hours, after care instructions and you now have GLAM EYES!

FAQ'S

What are eye lash extensions? They are human hair, mink or synthetic fiber lashes that are individually placed on your lashes to create beautiful long lasting results.

How long do eye lash extensions stay on? Typically anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending upon the growth rate of your natural lashes, the type of glue used and the care given to your lashes.

What is a fill?

A fill is something like getting acrylic nails. At some point your lash extensions fall out and your own lashes become more noticeable. Just like in acrylic nails, your own nail begins to show more as the  acrylic grows out. With lashes, you may need a few lashes or a lot of lashes. Either way, on your refill appointment we will fill your lashes back out to the desired look.

Do I have to use all of the refills by the Groupon voucher deadline? No. You just need to schedule your first appointment for your full set of lashes by the deadline.

What about the glue, I have sensitive eyes? Eye lash extensions wear great on most people. We use a medical grade adhesive for most applications but we do have a sensitive grade lash glue to substitute. Everyone is different. If you are having itching or burning they can easily be removed. IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES TO LATEX, METALS, SULFURS OR ADHESIVES YOU WILL NOT BE A CANDIDATE FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS! Please contact us directly for more information.

Most of my lashes came off within a few days, what happened?

This can happen for a number of reasons. 1) If you don't follow the aftercare instructions, you will lose your lash extensions. 2) If you use any oil based products, you will lose your lash extensions. 3) The lash extensions were too heavy for your lashes 4)The glue was a bad batch and it did not properly adhere to the lash. If you have refills on your account, book an appointment for a refill and we will discuss what happened and what we can work to avoid that from happening again. :)

SPECIAL NOTE: Sensitive lash glue will only hold 7-10 days usually. So most people using sensitive lash glue are going to lose most of their lashes if not all within this time frame.

What about eye makeup & mascara? You can wear OIL FREE eye makeup after 24 hours. However you should not need mascara. If you choose to wear mascara it should be specially formulated for eyelash extensions and not waterproof.

How do I book? You can call to book or you may schedule online. All of our services require prepayment. All payment for services are final. See our refund policy below!

How do I know what will look right on me?

Creating custom lash looks is a process where we both participate. Based on the look you tell us, we create a lash look trying to closely mimic your requests. We are getting to know you and your lashes and your lashes are getting used to us so communication is key! Keep us informed of  any challenges and we will be happy to make adjustments

REFUNDS/NO SHOWS/CANCELING

What about refunds?  We do not issue refunds so please select your service carefully. All services that are paid are a final sale.  If you pay for your service and do not show up or decide that you do not want the service, your payment is forfeited. If for some reason eyelash extensions are not recommended for you after your consultation (which is your first appointment) we will refund you 100%.

What about canceling or rescheduling? We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you no show, you will be required to pay again for your service. If you need to reschedule you can cancel/reschedule most appointments online. If you are using a Groupon and/or you do not cancel or reschedule within 24 hours you will be required to pay an additional $100 to book your next  appointment. Should you be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you will be asked to reschedule as a courtesy to our other scheduled clients.
